Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Colour Review & Swatches

I popped into Boots the other day and was looking for some new makeup releases and stumbled upon some new matte liquid lipsticks from Revlon. They're called the Ultra HD Matte Lipcolours and come in a gorgeous array of colours. Ranging from nudes to bright bold pinks, reds and purples priced at £8.99 but Revlon is often on 3 for 2 so look out for that!

I bought 3 colours, a nude, a pink and a red. After trying and testing these out they have a doe-foot applicator, which is quite soft however it would benefit from having a pointed tip for a far more precise application. I'd therefore recommend using a lipliner beforehand if, like me, you want a prefect application. They apply glossy at first which means that they apply very smoothly but then they dry down matte for a long lasting finish. However they're not ultra matte like some liquid lipsticks, so it just depends what you prefer. They feel light and moisturising on the lips and aren't drying in the slightest! And best of all they don't peel or flake when they wear off or are reapplied.

And this is the striking red colour called passion.

There are so many other colours, but which one is your favourite? I can see myself wearing these a lot for a perfect matte but strong lip!
