A hair saviour in a bottle

For about 5 years now I've been completely faithful to my holy grail hair care product which is a leave in conditioning spray. My hair is pretty unmanageable after washing it and is incredibly hard to comb or brush through before blow drying. This is where my little gem of the hair care world comes into play! The L'Oreal Paris Elvive Nutri-Gloss conditioning shine spray works wonders on my knotty locks and with the help of my trusty Tangle Teaser I manage to brush my hair through with minimal tugging and hair breakage.

Speeding up my makeup routine

Since I've been at university I've found that due to one reason or another I've not left as much time as I usually would in order to get ready for a night out.

This has resulted in my having to become more efficient and organised with my routine. Now I know this may seem stupid but it saves me loads of time and even means I get out of the house on time occasionally!

Favoruite liquid liner

Up until about a year ago I would never have even dreamed of attempting liquid eyeliner. But over the course of the year I have begun to experiment it. This is something that I think many makeup lovers struggle with; it’s very difficult to get the perfect line thickness and to match up the length of the flicks at the end. Personally, I find this neigh on impossible. I’ve found that I am much better at applying it if it is in a pen format as I really don’t do all that well with liquid liner in a pot with a long brush tip.

New favourtie nail polish line

Colour wise it was love at first sight. Formula wise it was love at first application.

Since trying Essie nail polishes I have become a complete Essie addict but when I had heard such good reviews about the new-ish nail polish line from Maybelline that claimed to last 7 days I just had to give it a try.

University - important things to do before you go!

By some miracle I was accepted by one of my top choice universities, so in two weeks I am moving to Bournemouth to continue studying psychology! During the time I have been preparing for university I have realised that there are actually lots of important things to do before you go! This is a just a few little things that I've needed to do and hope you find it useful if you are off to University too this year or will be in the coming years!
