I've always stuck to a more neutral, brown, smoky eye, perhaps because I was somewhat scared of using colours such as greys, silvers and blacks on my eye. However this palette has the perfect mix of brown, grey, black, purple and lighter colours too so that you really can create a smoky-eye that feels right for each individual.
Some of my favourite colours in the palette are; High, Dirtysweet, Armor, Smoulder and Whiskey. The palette comes with, as usual, a brush. If you are familiar with Urban Decay Palettes you'll know that not only are the shadows buttery and soft and a dream to blend but are also some of the very best out there in terms of pigment and longevity. The double ended brush that comes as part of the palette is far better than what you might expect as part of a palette! It has a small dense pencil/crease brush on one end and a fluffier blending brush on the other.
I am a fan of the Naked 1, 2 and 3 (as well as the Naked Basics 1&2) and the latest addition doesn't disappoint either. All in all the choice of colours are beautiful, they have the same perfect formula as other Urban Decay shadows and last all night without creasing. I would highly recommend this palette to anyone who is stuck in a bit of a rut with using typical neutral brown shadows and wants to amp up their look for night time (or day time) without going too crazy!
